research on and development of multilayer thin films
without disturbing intermediate layers caused by
physi- or chemisorption.

Building thin film layers need pure atmospheres of often
less than 1 ppm Oxygen and moisture. Moreover fine particles
created by the production equipment have to be taken out
quickly and reliably.
